1Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and RepLoop ("RepLoop", "we", "us" or "our"). They apply every time you visit our website, buy any of our products, or use our members area.

By completing a purchase or using our content, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.

2Who we are

RepLoop is an online seller of digital fitness education products. We do not sell physical goods and nothing is shipped.

You can reach us at any time at support@repguide.online. This is the official channel for support, billing questions, refunds and legal notices.

3What you are buying

Depending on the offer you choose, your purchase may include:

• The RepLoop library — 1,000+ animated exercise demonstrations (GIFs), organized by category and searchable;
• Bonus materials — digital guides and tools described on the sales page at the time of purchase;
• Optional add-ons — extra products offered after your first purchase. Each add-on is a separate, optional purchase with its own price, clearly shown before you accept it.

All content is delivered digitally through our members area (a web app that opens in your browser and can be saved to your phone's home screen). We may improve, reorganize or update the content over time. Updates are included at no extra cost.

4Eligibility and your access

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy our products.
• You must provide a valid email address at checkout. Your access is linked to that email.
• Your access is personal. You may not share your login, sell it, or give it to other people.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

5Prices and payments

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the checkout page before you pay. Your bank may convert the amount into your local currency and may charge its own fees; these are outside our control.
• Purchases are one-time payments. We do not charge recurring fees unless an offer clearly says so before you buy.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Optional add-ons are only charged if you actively click to accept them. Each accepted add-on appears as its own line on your statement.
• Any taxes required by law will be shown or included at checkout.

6Delivery and access

• Right after payment, you receive an email with your access link. It usually arrives within a few minutes.
• If you cannot find it, check your Spam, Promotions and Updates folders, then email support@repguide.online with the email address you used at checkout.
• Access is lifetime: for as long as RepLoop operates, your library stays available to you. If we ever stop operating the members area, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to keep the core content.

7License: what you can and cannot do

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content as described below.

You may

• Use the library for your own training;
• Show individual GIFs to your own clients, in person or online;
• Send individual GIFs to your own clients through messaging apps (such as WhatsApp or iMessage) as part of your coaching.

You may not

• Resell, rent, sublicense or give away the library, the bonuses, or any part of them as a product;
• Upload the content to a public website, file-sharing service, marketplace, course platform or app;
• Share your login or the full library with other people or other coaches;
• Remove watermarks or claim that you created the content;
• Use the content to train or build competing products or AI datasets.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or remove your access without a refund.

8Intellectual property

All content — including the GIFs, videos, guides, texts, designs, logos and the members area itself — belongs to RepLoop or to its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase gives you a license to use the content; it does not transfer ownership.

9Health and fitness disclaimer

• Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, an injury, or have not exercised in a while.
• Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort, and seek medical help if needed.
• You are responsible for choosing exercises, loads and intensity that are safe for you (and, if you are a coach, for your clients).
• Results vary from person to person. We do not promise or guarantee any specific result, such as muscle gain, fat loss or performance.

10Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. All the details — how to ask, how long it takes and how the money is returned — are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

11No other warranties

We work hard to keep RepLoop accurate, available and useful. However, the content and the members area are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet every individual expectation.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepLoop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including any injury that results from performing exercises, arising from your use of our content. In any case, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under the consumer protection laws of your country.

13Suspension of access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms — for example, by sharing your login, redistributing the content, or using fraudulent payment information. If you receive a refund or open a payment dispute, access to the refunded products is removed.

14Third-party services

Our website and members area may use or link to services run by other companies, such as payment providers, video hosts or file viewers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The version in effect on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase.

16Questions and disputes

If you have any problem with your purchase, please contact us first at support@repguide.online. Most issues are solved in a single email, much faster than any formal process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled under the laws that apply to the seller, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
